Due to COVID-19, government/city policies and guidelines at the time of stay overrides any arrangement made at the time of booking. They may change and changes in government/city policies and guidelines will not be the ground for cancellation and refund. If the number of people who can stay in the property change due to these changes, I'll refund any additional price you paid for extra guests. IN ENGLISH - No Shoes in the House - No Smoking (If there's a smell of smoking inside, I will call the special cleaning service and you will be charged of the special smoke smell removal service, which can be up to $1,000 plus, if necessary, replacing mattress and other things that absorbed smell and whatever the cost of having to refund the next reservation. Do not smoke in the house) - No Candle or anything that involves use of fire/igniting(including burner or barbecue grill) other than cooking from built-in stove(Hanok is mainly made of wood so please be always mindful of fire) - No use of cooking equipment other than those equipped in the house. - No Pets - No partying or any other activities that involve heavy drinking and/or noise. - No commercial, professional filming/shooting allowed unless explicitly agreed upon in advance. - No day/overnight visitors. - No loud music or noise after 10 pm and no running in the house. Please be considerate of others in the neighborhood. - Although we conduct regular disinfection and pest control, the traditional structure of the hanok might allow some insects to enter. Refund is not available for such reason. - Everything in the house is for use in the house only so do not take anything from the house. - Do not move the furniture. If you have any reason that you'd have to do that you need to get my permission first - Please remember that this is a private house, not a hotel. I kindly ask you to use the facilities with care and report any broken items/facilities so that I can have it fixed for the next guest - Do not lean against the handrail in the rooftop. And, no kids on the rooftop as it's dangerous. - Do not leave food unattended outside as it might invite stray cats or insects. - Children are welcome, but children of all ages(including infants and toddlers) count as 'people' and must be included in the paid guest count(either adults or children but NOT INFANTS). - Additional guest fee after 16th guest is USD100 per guest per night. - When you leave, please turn off the lights, heating system, air conditioner, and close the door. *** Exterior security camera is present for safety at the front door, additional guests(staying/visiting) not part of the reservation will incur additional guest fees and immediate cancellation of the reservation *** 한국어 / IN KOREAN - 숙소 내부에서는 신발을 벗어주세요. - 숙소 전체는 금연 공간입니다(숙소 내부에서 담배 냄새가 날 경우, 전문 청소 업체에 흡염 여부를 확인 요청할 예정이며, 흡연으로 판정 시 담배 냄새 제거 서비스를 요청드리게 되며, 담배 냄새가 잘 빠지지 않기 때문에 최대 100만원까지 부과될 수 있으며, 냄새가 밴 매트리스나 기타 용품 교체 및 다음 손님이 환불을 요청할 경우 환불로 인한 손해보상 비용까지 요청드릴 수 있습니다. 숙소에서는 절대 금연 부탁드립니다.) - 촛불이나 기타 화기 사용은 금지되어있습니다(빌트인 인덕션 외 별도 버너나 바베큐 그릴 등도 금지되어있습니다. 한옥은 목조 건물로 화재에 주의 부탁드립니다) - 주방에 갖춰진 조리기구 외 별로 조리기구 반입 및 사용 금지 - 반려 동물 출입 금지 - 파티나 지나친 음주나 소음을 유발하는 모임 금지 - 사전 협의 없는 상업용이나 전문 촬영은 금지 되어있습니다. - 예약하신 인원 외 방문 및 투숙 금지 - 밤 10시 이후 시끄러운 음악이나 소음은 자제해주셔야합니다. 이웃분들에 대한 배려 부탁드립니다. - 정기 방역을 실시하고 있으나 한옥 특성상 벌레가 있을 수 있으며, 이는 환불 사유에 대항하지 않습니다. - 숙소에 비치된 모든 물품은 숙소 내에서의 손님분들의 사용을 위해 비치된 것으로 가져가시면 안됩니다. - 가구 이동 금지. 이동해야할 이유가 있다면 사전에 허락을 받아야합니다. - 호텔이 아닌 주택인 점을 기억해주시고, 숙소에 비치된 물품은 소중히 다뤄주시고, 고장난 물건이 있을 경우 다음 손님이 오시기 전에 수리할 수 있도록 사전에 말씀 부탁드립니다. - 루프탑 난간에 기대지 마세요. 위험할 수 있으니 아이들의 루프탑 출입을 금지해주세요. - 외부에 음식물을 방지치해두지 말아주세요. 길고양이나 벌레의 원인이 될 수 있습니다. - 모든 아이들은 환영이지만, (신생아나 유아 포함) 아이들은 나이와 상관없이 유료 손님 수에 포함되어야하며, 아이는 (유아가 아닌) 성인이나 어린이로 예약해주셔야합니다.
